In version 5.0.7, the time keeping module had been connected to the invoicing module in order to invoice registered working time. The price for the working time was taken from the “Job Category”. This has now been changed to the price of the actual position from the service catalogue.
DEV-779: E-Invoice – Account information of the seller
When using the export functionality for electrical invoices, the account information of the seller is needed by the official interface. For this reason, these data can now be entered in the company dialogue under the but-ton “Characteristics”.
Time Keeping
DEV-527: Working Time Analysis – New columns for [km] and [h]
Up to now, the registered “quantities” for kilometres and hours have been shown and added up in the column for “km”. Now this has been separated, which is why there is a new column for the hours in the “Working Time Analysis” dialogue.
For this purpose, a corresponding cell type has been added to the table “Time-keeping report (#B8F8)” for reporting the hours.
Reporting
DEV-771: “Invoice – General table (#38F8)” – New cell types for QR-Invoice
Table #38F8 provides new cell types for reporting the “Address same as type 94 > Company name, in one row” and the Net + VAT separated with a dot to optimize the output of the invoice data in a QR-invoice.

Master Data
DEV-104: Declaration – New filter for the Product List
There is a new filter for the “Product List” in the selection dialogue for the Aggregate Declaration. The overview provides a new corresponding column in which the product lists are displayed. If a declaration is available in more than one product list, these will also be displayed and separated by comma.
FPC
DEV-570: Product List & FPC – New buttons for “Select/Deselect all”
Product List: When opening the selection dialogue for adding declarations to a product list, the dialogue now offers two new buttons for selecting/deselecting all datasets of the shown list.
FPC: When creating a new sample for a certain declaration of a product list, the selection dialogue also has these two new buttons to make the selection easier.
DEV-514: Sample Selection – Multiple selection of samples
It is now possible to select multiple samples in the Aggregate FPC. If applied, the green arrows of the FPC dialogue can be used to switch between the selected samples. If only one sample has been selected, the green arrows work as usual and switch to the next sample of the according product list.
DEV-583: Print2 – Context menu for “Aggregate selection” dialogue
The aggregate selection dialogue via “Print2” now has been enabled to open the context menu to save specif-ic dialogue settings etc.

DEV-632: Mix Design and FPC – New test: IDEAL-CT
A new US-test has been implemented for the Asphalt Mix Design (“Trial Mixes” page) as well as for the As-phalt FPC (“Mixture” page): IDEAL-CT (Cracking Tolerance). For this purpose, also a separate bulk density determination has been added to the dialogues (“IDEAL-CT: Bulk density”).
The new dialogue for this test (“IDEAL-CT: Cracking Tolerance Index (CT-Index)”) provides also a document management to store test-related information and data entry looks like this:
Following cell types have been implemented:
Table “Asphalt QC: Binder and Mixture Data (#B128)”:
- Mixture Data / Single Values for the Mixture Data / Row
- Mixture Data / IDEAL-CT – Single values /…
Table „Asphalt Declaration (#4148)“:
- Test results of test type and Min/Max-values according to regulation / individual values IDEAL-CT /…
Both tests (“IDEAL-CT” and “IDEAL-CT: Bulk density”) have been added to the Testing Program.
Declaration
DEV-764: Assignment of Additives in Declaration
• New values on “Bitumen and Mixture” page + Assignment of Master Data for fibres and additives
• Removal of automatic matching of additives and binder between “Recipe” page and “Bitumen and Mixture” page
• There is no connection between components within recipe to the Master Data
• “Recipe”-page has been redesigned + new buttons for select/refresh/delete added
• Refresh button for binder: Retrieves “Binder specification – new” from “Bitumen and Mixtures” page, if available. Else: Retrieves “Binder specification – resulting”. Name and density will be transferred from Binder specification.
• Binoculars in “Binder” section: Binder specification can be selected from Master Data. Name and density will be transferred.
• Binder can now be deleted via bin-button in the according row
• Adjustment of synchronisation mechanism between the old “Plant parameter sheet (Blend)” and the new “Blend” within the declaration regarding fibres and additions: When first assigning the components, only the “Fibres” and “Additive 2” will be transferred and saved into the blend. When changing these components within the declaration, the blend will remain untouched. If the connection remains the same, name and content will be updated in case of changes.
Mix Design
DEV-735: Aggregate Blend – New column for “Mixing plant” + error message
On page “Aggregate Blends” in the “Aggregates” section a new column has been added to indicate the “Mixing plant” of the according aggregate. Also, those aggregates will be highlighted in red, whose mixing plant does not match with the one on the “Header” page or which are archived already. Furthermore, an error message will appear to indicate the reason of the red flag.
DEV-671: Trial mixes – Connection of bulk density determination with wheel tracking test
A separate column for the bulk density determination has been added to the “Binder” section on the “Trial mix-es” page.
If available, the max density from the wheel tracking dialogue will be used. If not, the calculated max. density will be used.
The transfer of bulk density and height as well as the calculation of the void content Va works analogously to the FPC.
The cell types have been added to table „Asphalt Declaration (#4148)“ under „ Wheel tracking – Bulk density – Single values”
Quality Control
DEV-631: “Asphalt QC:Binder and mixture (#B128)“ – New cell type for resulting binder content deviation
A new cell type has been implemented into “Asphalt QC: Binder and mixture (#B128)“ table under „QC data for evaluation / Resulting binder content”. This cell type reports the absolute deviation with 2 decimal places. It has been added, because the previous cell type „Deviation – absolute value” reports only a deviation above 0,1.
FPC
DEV-777: Aggregate Data – Change of labelling for “Material type”
The headers for the Material type “acc. to declaration” and “acc. to appearance” have been reversed, to fit the actual content of the below fields incl. cell types.
DEV-614: Further „Tested by“/“Test date“ fields for Asphalt testing
“Tested by” and “Test date” can now be registered for the following dialogues:
• Hveem Stability
• PSD (new FPC dialogue)
The new data field on the “Aggregate” page „Extraction/sieving date“ is the same field as the already existing one on the “Header” page of the new FPC dialogue. The content of these fields will always be the alike.
The corresponding cell types are in table “Asphalt QC: Binder and mixture data (#B128)“.
Furthermore, Hveem-Stability has been connected to the Testing Program and testing register.
DEV-478: Wheel tracking – Transfer of height data from bulk density determination
The button for updating the bulk density in the wheel tracking dialogue has been relocated from the header of the dialogue into the grid in the corresponding row for the bulk density.
A new button for updating the average sample height from the dialogue “Wheel tracking: Bulk density” has also been added to the grid in row “Sample height [mm]”. (Tooltips available)
The buttons are displayed in the corresponding rows for following standards: EN 12697-22, AASHTO T324-04 and AASHTO T324-17.
For AASHTO T324-17, the Va voids calculation will be recalculated after updating the bulk density.
Because AASHTO T324-04 does not specify the bulk density (Gmm), the voids content won’t be recalculated here. Therefore, the row for "Va voids [%]" does not have a refresh button.
When using AASTHO T324-17 in “Wheel tracking: Bulk density”, the max density (Gmm) from the bulk density determination will be used, if available. If this value is not available, the max density of the sample will be used.
Statistics
DEV-688: FPC, Statistics – New filter and column for “Group”
The statistics dialogue as well as the sample selection dialogue of the FPC have a new filter possibility for the “Group” of the Asphalt specification. Only those groups will be displayed, which have been actually assigned to an Asphalt specification. After selecting a group, the content of the “Specification” filter will adjust accord-ingly.
A new column “Group” has also been added to the list of samples.
OCL
DEV-64: Reporting of OCL-week
The dialogue for the OCL now also shows the test frequencies for own test frequency groups.
Furthermore, table “Asphalt, WeeklyOCLtable (#A148)” offers new cell types for reporting the OCL-week for small/large HRA:
Additional cell types have been added for all mixes to report the ratio between the production (tons) and the number of samples resp. the test frequency per week.
Reporting
DEV-150: Template Toolbox / Asphalt – Removal of the old table #7128
The old Table “Mixture table with sample data (#7128)” has been removed from the template toolbox of “As-phalt / FPC – Factory Production Control” and “Asphalt / Quality Control”. Existing templates with this table will still work, but it is intended to prevent future use. The universal table to use is the “Asphalt QC: Binder and mixture data (#B128)” table.
DEV-696: “Asphalt QC: Binder and mixture data (#B128)” – Reporting of design limits for cores
When coming from the FPC module, the design limits of the Asphalt specification regarding following core values can now be reported: ("Core properties/Row types: Cores/"):
- Row: Voids content [%]
- Row: Compaction degree regarding bulk density [%]
- Row: Compaction regarding density [%]
DEV-769: “FPC Statistics Asphalt Mixture (#315228)” – New cell type for binder content by ignition
A new cell type has been implemented under “Sample / Binder /” to report the calibration factor for the “Binder content by ignition”.
Also, 2 other cell types have been renamed to indicate that they will be filled from that test (“(Ignition)”).
BITUMEN
Receiving Inspection
DEV-660: New field for “Laboratory”
A new field for the assignment of a laboratory has been added to the old and the new dialogue of the binder receiving inspection.
An according filter as well as a new column has been added to the sample selection dialogue:
Cell types have been added to the following tables: “Receiving Inspection Bitumen: Sample data (#9128)”: [111] Laboratory + “Bitumen FPC table [686]”: Laboratory
FPC
DEV-685: FPC / Receiving Inspection – Kinematic Viscosity – Reporting from old dialogue
To get the min/max values into a sample for FPC or Receiving inspection within the old dialogues, it was nec-essary to press the “Spec.”-button. The calculation of deviations had to be induced manually by clicking the “=”-button. Within the new dialogues, these steps are performed automatically by the system.
Min/Max values for the dynamic and kinematic viscosity are not supported in terms of visibility in the old dia-logue. But with this ticket, they can still be reported from there as well as their deviations.
CONCRETE
General
DEV-602: User right to change “Sample no.” – Moved and renamed
The user right “Allow change of ‘Sample no.’ despite active numbering scheme” has been moved within the user administration rights from “Test + Modules / Concrete / FPC” to “Test + Modules / Concrete”, since this right is also applicable for the Concrete construction site QC.
DEV-616: Concrete Overview – Now also available for selection within families and QC-groups
The old concrete selection dialogue has now been replaced in different areas by the new concrete overview dialogue, such as in the concrete selection for concrete families and QC-groups. This dialogue offers several filtering possibilities and more detailed information of the concretes.
