Support for the LASTRADA Lab Software for Concrete and Asphalt All customers of LASTRADA enjoy a long-lasting and trusted customer support – online, by telephone and on site.

Our technical support is at your disposal whenever you have a question about our software solutions. We provide competent, personal advice and fast unbureaucratic service.

Continuous Software Maintenance

LASTRADA is being improved continuously: Dr. Jung & Partner guarantees continuous software maintenance and regular updates. This policy protects our customer's investment. We offer update intervals between one and two months and - when needed - patches within 24h. Each update includes new functionalities which were requested by our users. Each customer has all-time access to the latest product information. We keep our customers informed of new LASTRADA developments by publishing a newsletter with every version.

We encourage all our customers to share suggestions for improvement. Every request will be implemented promptly and free of additional charges, if it complements or improves the existing modules. If a new standard is required by our customer, which is not yet implemented in LASTRADA, we add this test as part of the maintenance service.

Finally, the lively intercommunication amongst customers and developers is an integral element of the dynamic evolution of LASTRADA.

User Conference

We are holding regular LASTRADA User Conferences to encourage user networking and exchange of experiences. Also, we collect our costumer's feedback on the existing features and new developments.
