Concrete

The following modules are tailored to the laboratory requirements of concrete producers, construction companies and independent test houses. The LASTRADA lab software provides you with intuitive user interfaces for the work in the lab, at the plant, in the office and on site.

  • Advanced Concrete Mix Design

    - Concrete mix design in accordance with EN 206-1
    - Customisable product lists which may be combined with initial type testing lists
    - Definition of specifications and requirements
    - Editable rules for mix designs, which are to meet determinable specifications
    - Formula generation, physical volumetric calculation
    - Automatic comparison of mix design attributes with previously defined requirements
    - Initial type testing

  • Factory Production Control

    Product Lists
    - Construction site-specific and customer-specific concretes and product lists
    - Listings of properties and initial type testing data, synchronisable with specific product lists
    - Concrete property synchronisation between laboratory and construction site
    Tests
    - Fresh and hardened concrete tests in accordance with EN 12390/12350
    - Sample labelling and identification (optionally via Barcode)
    - Data sheets with barcode for specimens, samples and sample series containing fresh concrete data
    - Hardened Concrete Testing Register (determines samples to be tested, may be organised by test type, offers direct access to test details and the possibility to amend test data, compiles test result lists, optional barcode scanner support)
    - User- and customer-specific report generation for type testings and conformity tests, etc.
    Factory Production Control (FPC)
    - Monitoring of residual water, temperature, weight scales, etc.
    - Receiving inspection of aggregates
    - Production volume listings, Sampling schedules
    - Plant Logbook generation
    - Optional delivery note interface for sample and testing data transfer
Conformity control in accordance with EN 206-1
    - Concrete family definition (Optional conversion of reference strength for concrete families from initial type testing information, history of product conformity and nominal concrete strength)
    - Generation of concrete groups for conformity control (for non strength-related properties, seasonal relevance)
    - Automatic concrete family generation in accordance to user-specific settings
    - Optional transfer of samples from construction site quality control
    - Conformity control data management (across all production sites: Indication of non-conformity and quality trends)
    - Output of frequency diagrams, time series and distribution functions

  • Construction Site Quality Control

    - Construction site-specific product lists
    - Concrete Journal (concreting register containing test results from fresh and hardened concretes)
    - Fresh and hardened concrete tests in accordance with EN 12390/12350
    - Sample labelling and identification (optionally via Barcode)
    - Data sheets with barcode for specimens, samples and sample series containing fresh concrete data
    - Hardened Concrete Testing Register (determines samples to be tested, may be organised, by test type, offers direct access to test details and the possibility to amend test data, compiles test result lists, optional barcode scanner support)
    - User- and customer-specific report generation for hardening properties, type testings, conformity tests, etc.
    Identity testing
    - Optional transfer of samples from factory production control
    - Identity testing data management (across all construction sites: indication of identity problems and quality trends)
    - Output of frequency diagrams, time series and distribution functions

  • Concrete Families

    - In accordance with EN 206-1 + DAR and CEN-Report
    - Use concrete families in mix design and factory production control to enhance functionality

  • Cost Calculation for Concrete Mix Designs

    - Material cost calculation based on item prices for cost optimisation

  • Interface Module for TONITROL

    - For compressive strength testing (automated and fully integrated tests of hardened concrete - employing a database-supported "testing parameter management system")
    - Linking of the following test types via additional interface modules: E-Module, flexural strength and tensile splitting strength

  • Batch Protocol

    - Mixture specifications (parameters of the production), job mix formula control for concrete batches and truck loads

  • Mixing Plant Interfacing

    - Plant control via mix design parameters, import of load/batch information (additional module per mixing plant)

  • Concrete Product Testing
